Fantastic hand-dyed mohair and merino lace yarn from Cape Town, South Africa - produced fairly and with love.

The founder, Bridget Henderson, has been able to gather plenty of inspiration on her many trips as a management consultant, but the most beautiful color compositions arise in her head on her hikes around Table Mountain. Here she started experimenting with hand dyeing as a one-woman company. In the meantime, thanks to the great demand for her creations from Europe, her team has grown to include several women who also receive the necessary training and good pay.

In a mixture of workshop and studio, Bridget's team dyes various yarn bases made of wool and mohair by hand to create mottled or semi-solid colors. Sometimes a few splashes of color come on and you get the unmistakable colors of Cowgirl blues . The mottled variants (varigateds) always contain some of the semi-solid colors, so that wonderful combinations result. Combinations of different yarns in the same color also produce great effects.
